Appointment of a service provider to provide Quality Management System Audit Software for a period of 3 years, inviting software vendors with QMS audit software capabilities and proven SLA/compliance processes.

Requirements

• Agree to and sign the General Conditions of Contract and include a signed bidder representative endorsement (General Conditions of Contract.pdf).
• Negotiate a Service Level Agreement (SLA) including resources allocated, inclusions/exclusions, and standard turnaround times (General Conditions of Contract.pdf).
• Comply with Special Conditions: ASA may award to non-highest scorer, negotiate terms, accept part of a tender, allow site inspections, correct errors, cancel the process, or award to multiple bidders (General Conditions of Contract.pdf).
• Declare ethical and compliance commitments (honesty, transparency, disclosures, no conflicts) in the technical response (General Conditions of Contract.pdf).
• Tax compliance and verification via CSD; no award to non-compliant bidders; maintain tax compliance for the term (General Conditions of Contract.pdf).
• Consideration of sub-contractors remains the bidder’s responsibility; confidentiality and protection of ASA information applies (General Conditions of Contract.pdf).
