Overview

Procurement of rigging services and VHF antenna mast maintenance, repairs, replacement, and support for five years at ATNS King Phalo Airport, Mthatha Airport, Bhisho Airport and King Phalo remote sites. Bidders with experience in mast/rigg ing maintenance, tower work, and related compliance should consider bidding; it’s a multi-site, long-term services framework.

Requirements

• CIDB registration: grading of 3ME or 3SL (or higher); proof or proof of application if not yet active.
• Occupational Certificate: Rigger (NQF Level 4) issued by a QCTO-accredited body.
• COIDA: valid Letter of Good Standing or proof of mutual association membership.
• Experience: minimum of three contactable reference letters for tower/VHF mast maintenance and rigging work.
• Regulatory/compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN; CSD registration (or proof of application); CIDB CRS number if applicable; copies of shareholder/ID where required; B-BBEE documentation.
• Quality/ safety: adherence to OHS Act and related regulations; safety file; 12-month warranty on replacements.
