APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO PROVIDE RISK MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO the dtic FOR A PERIOD OF THIRTY-SIX (36) MONTHS.

Overview

Appointment of a service provider to provide risk management services to the dtic for a period of 36 months. The dtic seeks a professional risk-management service provider to deliver enterprise risk management, governance, compliance and related services, with the Team Leader required to be IRMSA-registered and to provide proof of registration.

Requirements

• Team Leader must be IRMSA-registered with proof of registration.
• Required bid documents: SBD 1, SBD 3.3 (pricing) in a separate file, SBD 4, SBD 6.1; POPIA consent form; all in ink on original forms; two-envelope submission (functional and financial) per ToR.
• Tax/compliance: Tax clearance/PIN or CSD registration; SARS PIN or CSD number; CSD registration if no TCS; etc.
• Submission conditions: sealed envelopes, include bid number and closing date; late or non-conforming bids generally not considered; electronic submission is not accepted.
• SLA: successful bidder to sign a Service Level Agreement at dtic on notification of award.
