Overview

Procurement of a service provider to upgrade Sage 300 Finance, configure GL consolidations, SEI reports, intercompany transactions and bank services, implement invoice duplication prevention, and provide support and maintenance for eighteen (18) months. The bidder should be a certified Sage Business Partner with proven capability across Sage 300 upgrades, SEI, GL consolidation, ICT, and bank services, plus integration work for Bequester SCM, Orchid Extender and Sage 300 People API across TCTA’s 21-database environment.

Requirements

• Certified Sage Business Partner capable of Sage 300 upgrade, SEI configuration, GL consolidation, ICT and bank services maintenance.
• Proven track record in the last 10 years: at least 5 Sage 300 Finance upgrades; 5 SEI Report implementations; 3 GL consolidations with ICT and Bank Services; 3 ICT and 3 Bank Services projects.
• Submit minimum client references on letterhead (Annexure A) with full contract details.
• Key personnel: Technical Lead with ≥5 years Sage 300 Finance, SEI/BI tooling, and GL Consolidations experience; all certifications valid.
• Detailed implementation approach covering governance, upgrade, SEI, GL consolidations, ICT, bank services, data migration, UAT, training, knowledge transfer, hypercare and SLAs.
• Third-party integrations: Bequester SCM, Orchid Extender, Sage 300 People API validated and production-ready.
• Compliance: SBD documents, BBBEE/SANAS SANAS, CSD registration, Sage accreditation; 18-month maintenance and support.
