Overview

Procurement of security services for Msunduzi Plantation (Block-A) for a three‑month period, including armed forest patrol supervision, guards, and a 4x4 patrol vehicle with tracker. Requirements

• Locality: responders must reside under Msunduzi Local Municipality (provide a stamped, dated letter from the Municipality).
• PSIRA: valid PSIRA registration for the company and directors; valid PSIRA letter of good standing.
• B-BBEE: SANAS-accredited certificate or sworn affidavit (EME/QSE).
• Tax: latest SARS tax clearance; CSD registration (or register within 7 working days of award).
• Documentation: ID copies of company directors; Supplier Code of Conduct; company on letterhead; signed SBDs.
• Other: proof of locality, declaration forms, and compliance with SHEQ, legal, and labour requirements.
