Overview

Appointment of a service provider to provide SNAKE AWARENESS TRAINING for the IASP for Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife. Bidders should have wildlife training/education delivery capability, with ability to operate across KwaZulu-Natal reserves and venues listed in the pricing schedule.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to deliver comprehensive snake awareness training (training materials, hands-on sessions, safety components).
• Compliance with South African public procurement rules (PFMA 03/2021 guidance), and completion of official bid forms (SBDs).
• Tax and supplier registrations: Tax Compliance Pin (SARS), Central Suppliers Database (CSD) registration; provide CSD number if no TCS pin; proof required for B-BBEE status (certificate or sworn affidavit).
• Proof of eligibility to do business with the state and non-conflict disclosures (bidder disclosures, anti-collusion statements).
• If part of a joint venture/consortium, separate TCS/CSD documentation for each party.
• Location-specific preference considerations: points awarded for KwaZulu-Natal location and ownership/governance goals (per SBD 6.1, 80/20 system).
