Overview

Appointment of a service provider to provide First Aid Level 2 training within the Eastern Cape region in East London. Open to training providers with accredited First Aid Level 2 capability, able to deliver in-house training at PRASA East London premises and issue completion certificates. Evaluation combines price and specific goals (BBEE-related).

Requirements

• In-house delivery of First Aid Level 2 training at PRASA premises in East London; provide completion certificates.
• Valid accreditation for First Aid Level 2 (SCET/SAQA or other recognized quality/regulatory body).
• Complete and submit the official Pricing Schedule and required forms; prices in ZAR, incl. taxes.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN or Tax Compliance Status (TCS) certificate; if applicable, CSD number; separate TCS/PIN for each consortium/partner.
• Mandatory documents (Stage 1B): Company registration, IDs of directors, valid tax clearance, CSD number, bank account proof, JV/consortium documents if any.
• Specific goals: BBEE evidence (e.g., 51% black ownership) to claim points.
• Sign the submission register at SCM offices; use the official bid forms (not retyped).
• Adhere to PRASA General Conditions of Purchase and related procurement rules.

• Submission deadline: 22 July 2026 at 12:00; late bids not accepted.
• Submission method: Physical bid documents deposited in the PRASA East London bid box at 8 Station Street; electronic submissions not considered; bidders must sign the submission register at SCM offices before dropping responses (RFQ notes + Special Conditions).
• Documents to submit: Pricing Schedule (Section 8), completed SBD forms, proof of SETA/SAQA accreditation (RFQ PDF), tax compliance PIN or TCS certificate, CSD number or VAT details, company registration and director IDs, bank confirmation, JV/consortium agreements if any.
• Pre-qualifications: Tax compliance, CSD registration, accreditation proof; foreign bidders to provide appropriate registrations as applicable.
