Overview

Procurement of a service provider to deliver training, professionalise and raise service standards within the Shisanyama sector (Master Shisanyama Upskilling Programme) in rural and township areas for six months. Issued as a KwaZulu-Natal EDTEA RFQ for professional services.

Requirements

• Compliance with Tax and CSD: provide SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN) and CSD number; separate TCS for each consortium party if applicable.
• Central Suppliers Database registration prior to bid closing.
• Complete official bid forms: Part A/B (SBD1), SBD3.1/3.3 pricing, SBD4 disclosure, SBD6.1 (preference) and related schedules; ownership demographics and JV/consortium documentation as needed.
• Evidence for specific goals (HDI, youth) with required documents (ownership demographic form, CIPC certificate, identity documents).
• Accreditation requirements: proof of accreditation/registration with Chef & Culinary Accreditation Body; MER-SETA or QTCO for project facilitators/assessors.
• Mandatory briefing attendance and ability to sign a Service Level Agreement; adherence to GCC and PPPFA 2022.
• Offer validity of 60 days from closing date.
