APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION, ASSEMBLING AND DISMANTLING SERVICES OF AN EXPO STAND FOR THE MICT SETAClosed

Overview

Appointment of a service provider to handle transport, assembly and dismantling of an expo stand for the MICT SETA. The contract covers collection of a 6m x 3m expo stand in Durban, on-site assembly at the Durban ICC, dismantling after the event, and transportation back to MICT SETA in Johannesburg, including electrical/AV integration, flooring and branding. Suitable bidders are exhibition-stand logistics providers with SA safety/compliance capabilities, able to operate across Durban and Johannesburg within the GovTech event window (21–23 September 2026). Requirements

• Exhibitions stand logistics experience in the last 5 years, with at least three contactable reference letters.
• Public liability insurance and safety documentation confirming compliance with Durban ICC and venue safety requirements.
• Evidence of ability to meet the project lead time (21–23 September 2026).
• Registrations and forms: CSD registration, valid tax clearance, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, certified copy of director IDs, CIPC documents, shareholding certificate, Bidder’s Eligibility Form A.
• Pricing and compliance: complete Pricing Schedule, confirm pricing and delivery specifics per RFQ annexes.
