Overview

Procurement of a service provider to provide valuation services for portions 11 and 14 of Farm Strekfontein 305 KR in Mokgopong Local Municipality for the Koka Matlou Community Land Claim. Open to professional valuation practitioners with relevant experience for land-claim settlements in Limpopo.

Requirements

• Tax compliance: provide SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN or, if not available, a Central Supplier Database (CSD) number. (see attached forms)
• BBBEE: submit BBBEE status verification certificate or sworn affidavit (especially for EMEs/QSEs).
• Separate TCS/PIN per party for any consortium/joint venture or subcontractor.
• Proof for specific goals if claimed (HDI, female, disability, youth): attach ID copies and company registration documents as applicable.
• Sub-contracting disclosures if any: indicate percentage, sub-contractor name, and HDI points for the sub-contractor.
• Adherence to 80/20 preference scoring: price (80) and specific goals (20); provide calculations as per the table in the bid forms.
• Compliance with GCC/SCC and formation of a formal contract if selected. (SBD forms and GCC referenced in the package)
