APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO REFILL AND DELIVER PURIFIED WATER FOR TRADE & INVESTMENT KWAZULU-NATAL. Bidders should be service providers capable of refilling 20 x 20L bottles monthly for five months, collecting empties and delivering to Trade & Investment KwaZulu-Natal at Trade & Investment House, 1 Arundel Close, Kingsmead Office Park, Durban.

Requirements

• Refilling and delivering 20 x 20L bottles per month for five months; collect empties; delivery to the specified address; separate price for refill and delivery.
• Signed SLA with TIKZN for 5 months.
• Administrative/compliance: proof of CSD registration or SARS PIN; SBD 4 and SBD 1 forms; POPIA consent; SBD 6.1 (preference points); tax compliance status (TCS PIN or CSD number); ensure not in state service.
• RFQ compliance: quote on exactly the requested items/quantities; prices inclusive of taxes.
• Specific goals scoring (HDI-related): up to 20 points (Black Owned 5, Disabled Owned 5, Youth Owned 10) with required proof.
• Annexed documents to return: company letterhead quotation; signed SBD4; SBD1 (Part A & B); POPIA consent; SBD6.1; CSD/MAAA number; mandatory information.
