APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO REINSTALL MICROSOFT ACTIVE DIRECTORY AND CONFIGURE SYNCHRONISATION WITH MICROSOFT 365 / AZURE AD.Closed

Overview

Procurement of a service provider to reinstall Microsoft Active Directory and configure synchronization with Microsoft 365/Azure AD. The Mine Health and Safety Council invites IT service providers with Microsoft AD/Azure expertise to bid on AD DS reinstallation, Entra Connect-based sync to Azure AD, optional on-prem remediation, and project handover. Relevant bidders are those with Microsoft Solutions Partner designation and demonstrable AD/Entra Connect experience.

Requirements

• Mandatory Microsoft qualification: valid Microsoft Solutions Partner designation in Infrastructure (Azure) and/or Security; proven AD reinstallation and Entra Connect experience (attach proof).
• Evidence requirements: three or more signed reference letters (AD/Entra Connect projects), CVs showing 5+ years (or 3–4, etc.) in AD/Azure AD; relevant Microsoft certifications.
• Compliance: valid Tax Compliance (SARS PIN or CSD registration) and proof of CSD registration; B-BBEE proof; SBD forms completed (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1) and fully completed Pricing Schedule (SBD3).
• Returnable documents: proof of CSD registration, tax verification, and all mandatory forms as per RFQ.
• Additional: Project Plan with timelines; evidence of capability for on-prem remediation; completion within the stated project window; POPIA and OHS-related acknowledgments.

• Documents to submit: fully completed SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1; pricing on SBD3; proof of CSD registration; Tax PIN or SARS proof; Microsoft Partner evidence; team CVs and certificates; three or more reference letters; Project Plan (timelines; <3 weeks target); any additional licences if required (RFQ 2596).
• Pre-qualification registrations: CSD registration and SARS tax verification required; ensure TCS PIN or CSD number is provided.
