Overview

Appointment of a service provider to cut and remove unwanted small trees and shrubs at the WITS Rural Facility, Limpopo Province, for 12 months. The NRF SAEON Ndlovu Node seeks bush clearing expertise to remove about 10,000 plants across 200 ha, with all costs borne by the service provider and monthly verification before payment.

Requirements

• Evidence of prior bush clearing work.
• Vehicle capable of transporting staff to WRF and on gravel roads; state number of labourers available.
• Able to start on Monday 14 September 2026.
• Compulsory onsite briefing: 2 September 2026, 9:00 at Wits Rural Facility (site visit).
• Safety/health: COID/COIDA good standing, health and safety plan, Section 37.2 agreement where applicable.
• Tax/compliance: SARSPIN or TCS, CSD registration if no TCS, and tax compliance certificates for all parties.
• B-BBEE: valid certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Documents: SBD 1, SBD 3.2 (pricing), SBD 4, SBD 6.1; proof of authority; COIDA; two bush-clearing references.
• Site/contract details: 10,000 removals across 200 ha; payments on monthly counts/invoices.
