APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO RENDER 24-HOUR SECURITY GUARDING SERVICES AT VARIOUS IDFC PROPERTIES UNDER CLUSTER 3 IN KWAZULU-NATAL FOR A PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS. This procurement is for a security-guarding services provider capable of staffing 17 day guards and 18 night guards plus an armed supervisor (Grade C), plus 2 dedicated patrol vehicles, with a control room and monitoring system for IDFC’s KwaZulu-Natal cluster. Bidders should have proven experience in large-scale, 24‑hour security deployments, ability to install and operate an Active Guarding Tracking System, and provide monthly incident reporting and site visits while complying with IDFC terms. Key conditions include a 120‑day bid validity, compulsory online briefing, and 36‑month contract. Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to provide 24-hour security guarding across multiple IDFC sites in Cluster 3, KwaZulu-Natal, with a staffing plan matching the listed guard counts and armed supervisor.
• Provide an Active Guarding Tracking System at sites (cost borne by the service provider) and maintain daily logbooks and monthly incident reports.
• Maintain compliance with the contract’s risk and governance requirements: Public Liability Insurance of at least R5,000,000; establish a control room within 30 days of award; adhere to confidentiality and IDFC IP rights; tax compliance via SARS PIN or CSD (separate PINs for JV/sub-contractors).
