Overview

Procurement of a service provider to render 24-hour security guarding services at Madadeni Industrial Estate, KwaZulu-Natal, for 36 months. Open to PSIRA-registered security providers with 24-hour control room capability, armed supervisors, dedicated patrol vehicle, and compliance with SARS, CSD, COIDA and PSSPF; experience guarding industrial estates.

Requirements

• PSIRA registration for the company and guards (minimum level per role) with proof; include guard certificates.
• Tax/compliance: SARS PIN or Tax Clearance and CSD registration; each JV/consortium member must be compliant.
• SARS/CSD verification via Central Supplier Database; VAT status as applicable; COIDA good standing and PSSPF section 13A.
• Minimum documentation: SBD 1 and SBD 4 completed; certificate of attendance at compulsory online briefing; company registration proof.
• Public liability insurance minimum R5,000,000; PSIRA registration for guards; police clearance not older than six months.
• Service capability: 24-hour dedicated control room, on-site patrol vehicle, riot plan, active guard monitoring system, and detailed technical proposal with deployment plan and SOPs.
• Evidence of at least two client references for 24-hour guarding and a detailed capacity plan (staffing, shifts, supervision).
