Overview

Procurement of an integrated Employee Health, Wellness & Work-Life Balance Programme for CCMA, for a period of 36 months. The CCMA seeks an experienced service provider to deliver a holistic, four-pillar wellness offer (occupational health, work-life integration, lifestyle/behavioral wellness, psychosocial support) with a data-driven SLA, nationwide reach, and accessible to all employee categories and families. Bidders should have: formal accreditation in employee wellbeing, a Lead Account Clinician with HPCSA/SACSSP registration, a large multidisciplinary team (251+ clinicians), and capacity to implement within one month of award.

Requirements

• Valid Employee Assistance Professionals Association of SA (EAPA-SA) certificate; Lead Account Clinician with active HPCSA or SACSSP registration; CV plus recent reference.
• A consolidated clinical team roster (251+ clinicians) with full details (name, location, registration body, practice number) and current year confirmations; supporting clinician credentials.
• Proof of tax compliance (Tax Clearance PIN) and Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; copies of company docs; BBBEE certificate.
• Detailed implementation plan with a Gantt chart; SLA framework; data reporting capability (monthly/quarterly/annual with specific metrics).
• Mandatory confidentiality/POPIA compliance; ability to provide 24/7/365 counselling network; on-site/off-site delivery flexibility; and proof of regulatory governance.
• Regional delivery capability across CCMA offices; reference letters not older than five years.
