This tender is for appointing a service provider to render catering, stage and sound system, audio-visual and transport services for an outreach programme in Mbombela’s Eastern Region. Requirements

• Tax compliance and registration: valid Tax Compliance Status PIN; CSD registration; full SARS/iTax status; CSD if no TCS.
• Corporate and personnel: valid company registration; certified IDs for directors; CV and qualifications for the Project/Culinary Leader (min 3 years in food handling; food handling certificate); consent letter if leader not employed by bidder.
• Experience and safety: at least one catering appointment for 100+ people; Certificate of Acceptability for basic food safety (CoA) from relevant authority.
• B-BBEE: certified B-BBEE status certificate or sworn affidavit; for JVs/consortia, consolidated B-BBEE scorecard.
• Municipal compliance: latest municipal rates/taxes for company and all active directors (or tribal authority proof/lease as applicable); addresses must align with CSD; no arrears >90 days.
• Documentation: compulsory documents, including a valid COIDA where applicable; JV/consortium agreements if relevant; all documents certified within 3 months.
