APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO RENDER CHANGE MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO THE STATE SECURITY AGENCY FOR A PERIOD OF THREE YEARS

Overview

Appointment of a service provider to render Change Management Services to the State Security Agency for a period of three years. Bidders should have PROSCI Change Management Practitioner or equivalent credentials plus expertise in Organisational Development, Strategic Management, Project Management, Corporate Communications & Management Consulting; proven experience in large-scale organisational transformation, preferably in security/public sector; and readiness to undergo SSA security vetting and obtain required clearances.

Requirements

• PROSCI Certified Change Management Practitioner and related qualifications (Organisational Development, Business Administration, Strategic Management, Project Management, Corporate Communications & Management Consulting)
• Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale organisational transformation, with security/public sector exposure preferred
• Ability to operate under SSA security vetting; sign Oath of Secrecy; maintain required security clearances
• Compliance: Tax clearance (SARS PIN/TCS), Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration, BBBEE verification; separate TCS/CSD documentation for JV/consortia
• Availability to perform at client premises and transfer knowledge to SSA staff
