Procurement of cleaning services for DPWI at Makanda Artisan Centre and Addo the Kraal Building for 24 months. • Financials and pricing: Provisional sum of 40,000 (referenced in pricing schedule); no price escalation; bid valid for 90 days.
• Technical and safety: OHS Act compliance; PPE for all staff; COIDA good standing; insurance for personnel and equipment; PPE and health-and-safety management throughout the contract.
• Scope compliance: Salaries for four cleaners; sanitary-bin/urinal service; cleaning materials/equipment/consumables; one-off pedal-bin supply; adherence to Department of Labour rates (as attached).
• Contract terms: 24-month contract; monthly/Ad hoc instructions for Addo Kraal site; all terms subject to GCC, PPPFA, and potential negotiation with top-scoring bidder.
