APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO RENDER COMMUNICATION AND MARKETING SERVICES FOR THE NATIONAL REGULATOR FOR COMPULSORY SPECIFICATIONS FOR A PERIOD OF THIRTY-SIX MONTHS ON AN AD-HOC BASIS

Overview

Appointment of a service provider to render communication and marketing services for the National Regulator for Compulsory Specifications (NRCS) for a period of thirty-six (36) months on an ad-hoc basis. Bidders should be experienced marketing/communication agencies with capabilities across strategic planning, media monitoring, content production, design, digital, translation, events, and crisis communications, and must demonstrate B-BBEE compliance and relevant public-sector experience.

Requirements

• Proven track record in public-sector communications/marketing and ability to deliver across the ToR deliverables.
• B-BBEE status: provide a B-BBEE status level verification certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN/TCS; if not available, provide CSD number; ensure tax compliance status.
• Register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and supply mandatory information; provide required registrations for consortiums as applicable.
• Submit the required Bid documents (SBD forms) and pricing schedules; comply with Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022 (80/20 system) and functionality criteria.
• Attend the compulsory briefing session and submit the Briefing Certificate of Attendance.
