APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO RENDER COMPREHENSIVE PROFESSIONAL CLEANING SERVICES TO THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORT FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS

Overview

Appointment of a service provider to render comprehensive professional cleaning services to the Department of Transport for a period of three years. Bidders should be capable facilities-management cleaners with large-scale operations (approx. 800 staff), equipment, and consumables, and able to deliver across a government department. Requirements

• Submit Annexure D (Company Experience and Proposed Team) with paper and protected electronic copies; sign paper copies; attach certified qualifications.
• Provide original valid Tax Clearance Certificate; if JV/consortium, each party must submit its own certificate (per SBD/Checklist).
• Include SBD 1 in the technical proposal and SBD 6.1; supply a BBBEE Status Level Verification Certificate if applicable.

• Complete pricing and cost breakdown (Annexure B) for salaries, equipment, materials, and other costs; ensure total values and year 1–3 are covered; price validity notes state 120 days.
• Sign General Conditions of Contract and have all pages initialed as required.
• Submissions must follow the two-envelope format (Envelope No.1: Technical; Envelope No.2: Price) and may be delivered to the Tender Box or sent by registered mail (as per checklist).
