Overview

Procurement of general cleaning services for g-FleeT Management Offices at Bedfordview and Koedoespoort for three years. Suitable for cleaning service providers with proven facilities, equipment and management capability; must hold Professional Cleaning Association membership (NCCA/CASA/BEECA/PBEH), COIDA compliance, and appropriate insurances, with eligible B-BBEE credentials for preference points.

Requirements

• Compulsory documents: complete and sign SBD 1 and SBD 4; sign the Integrity Pact.
• Attendance at the compulsory site briefing (registration 09:00–10:00; briefing at 10:00) and provide attendance register.
• Joint Venture/Consortium: JV/Consortium agreement and disclosures by all parties.
• Professional cleaning association membership (NCCA, CASA, BEECA, or PBEH).
• COIDA letter (Health and Safety) and Public Liability insurance valid for the contract period.
• Tax status pin and CSD registration; CIDB not explicitly required but ensure standard compliance.
• Certified copies of directors/members’ IDs (certificates valid within 6 months); CIPC registration; comprehensive company profile; tax/compliance certificates per party in JV.
• Proof of within-Gauteng operation for specific goals (if claimed) and B-BBEE documentation (certificate or sworn affidavit).
• Functionality evaluation: minimum 70/100 points; criteria include team composition (CVs for two site supervisors, qualifications, 5+ years supervisory experience), at least five client references, SABS/SANS chemical suitability (letter of intent), detailed project plan, and equipment commitments (see pricing/equipment schedule).
• Specific goals preference: HDI, Women, Youth, Disability, with proof documents; price points allocated (80/20 or 90/10 depending on system used).
