Appointment of a service provider to render student funds disbursement and payment services for the University of the Free State for a period of three (3) years. This is an Open Tender for experienced service providers with a track record in student funds disbursement and payments, preferably with Higher Education Institution references. A mandatory briefing is required, and submissions are electronic via PURCO SA. The closing date has been extended to 6 August 2026. Requirements

• Reference letters: three (3) contactable letters for similar funds disbursement and payment processing; at least two from a Higher Education Institution; completed within the last five years. • Mandatory briefing session: 29 July 2026 at 11:00 (MS Teams link provided after registration) (UFSTENDER2026-24)
• Compliance: adherence to the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) and Preferential Procurement framework in evaluation and award.
