Overview

Appointment of a service provider to render cleaning and hygiene services at various Rustenburg Municipal buildings for 36 months, with on‑demand services as needed. Bidders should have cleaning/facilities management capability and meet municipality requirements for tax compliance (TCS/CSD), CIDB registration where applicable, and SCM/PP Regulations compliance.

Requirements

• Tax compliance status (TCS/CSD) and registration where applicable
• CIDB registration where applicable
• Compliance with Rustenburg SCM policy and Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022 (PPPFA)
• Bidders not in the state service
• CIDB grading certificate where applicable
• 80/20 preferential point system (price 80, specific goals 20)
• Completion of mandatory bid documents and declarations per the schedule (MBD forms, GCC, TOF, SF, CIDB forms) and signatory authorisation where required
