Overview

APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO RENDER TRAINING SERVICE IN SPIROMETRY. The SACAA seeks a trainer to deliver spirometry training (physical training required) at its Centurion office. Bidders should be training providers with spirometry expertise and the capacity to conduct in-person sessions.

Requirements

• Compliance with the PPPFA 2000, PPP Regulations 2022, GCC, and any special conditions.
• Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN or CSD number; where no TCS PIN is available, provide CSD; if part of a consortium/JV, each party must submit its own TCS/CSD.
• If applicable, submit a B-BBEE status verification certificate or sworn affidavit (EMEs & QSEs must provide to qualify for preference points).
• Complete and submit on official forms; the successful bidder must sign a written contract form (SBD7).
• Bids are not open to persons in the service of the state or close corporations with such members.
