Overview

Procurement of a travel management services provider to render domestic and international travel, accommodation, and related services for a 36-month period for the Ingonyama Trust Board. Suitable bidders are travel agencies with IATA accreditation and ASATA membership, plus demonstrated tax/compliance readiness (SARS TCS or CSD), and ability to provide 24-hour support and cost containment.

Requirements

• IATA Accreditation (certified copy) and ASATA Membership (certified copy).
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; provide CSD report.
• Tax compliance: SARS TCS PIN or proof of CSD number; consortia/JV require separate TCS/CSD for each party.
• Complete and submit pricing on SBD 3.3; include company profile; VAT proof if applicable.
• B-BBEE: provide Level/Sworn Affidavit for preference points; compliance with 80/20 (price/specific goals) system.
• Compliance with general bidding conditions (no state servant restrictions) and signed contract forms (SBD7.2, etc.).
