Overview

Renewal of the YSoft SafeQ 6 Print Management license for 24 months, covering licenses for 10 Konica Minolta Bizhub C650i printers with OCR and related features. Requirements

• Renewal of YSoft SafeQ 6 license for 10 printers
• OCR scanning, secure pull printing, and secure user authentication
• Centralised management with AD integration; detailed auditing and reporting
• Monthly support reports, testing/commissioning, and software updates during 24 months
• SLA commitments (Priority categories with defined response/resolution times)
• On-site/remote support and vendor-certified resources
• Deliverables: licenses, installation/configuration, documentation, UAT, and 24 months of support
