Overview

The NRF seeks to appoint a service provider to repair body damage to a Toyota Land Cruiser (2023 79 Series LX V8) with work to be carried out in Gqeberha, Eastern Cape. Bidders with OEM repair capability, South African tax/compliance clearance, and relevant automotive body repair qualifications should consider bidding. This is a one-off contract under RFQ/SAEON/ELWANDLE/TLCR/49/2026, with a 60-day validity window.

Requirements

• Attendance at a mandatory briefing (25 June 2026, 10:00, in person or via Google Meet).
• Submit responses on official forms (SBD 1, including SBD 4 and 6.1) with pricing on SBD 3.1; returnable documents completed.
• Proof of OEM approval (Letter from OEM) and membership of an approved body (e.g., RMI, CRA, SAMBRA).
• Proof of similar work completed in the past (invoice/reference) within 1 year.
• Compliance documents: Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration, SARS tax status (PIN/TCS) or equivalent; TCS PIN or printed certificate; and, if applicable, CSD number for non-TCS scenarios.
• Bid disclosures and declarations (SBD 4) ensuring no prohibited affiliations; full completion of pricing schedule; detailed specifications aligning to the scope.
• Pricing must reflect OEM-spec work, including OEM colour match, anti-corrosion treatment, and replacement decals provided to the winner.
• All work to be performed in accordance with GCC/SCC and NRF Special Conditions; work hours as defined; health and safety requirements.
