Overview

The Limpopo Economic Development Agency/MMSEZ SOC RFQ seeks a service provider of professional HR/organizational-design services to review MMSEZ SOC’s organisation structure. Bidder experience should include organisational design, job evaluation and grading, change management, and stakeholder consultation, with preference for capabilities relevant to SEZs or state-owned entities.

Requirements

• Demonstrated 10+ years in organisational design with credible reference letters; provide company profile and project references.
• A dedicated project lead with 10+ years in HR/organisational design, including project management and HR evaluation/grading expertise; attach CV and qualifications.
• Ability to conduct job evaluation, grading, and pay-scale reviews; design fit-for-purpose structures; develop implementation/change management plans.
• Compliance indicators: SARS tax PIN, CSD registration (or BBBEE certificate/sworn affidavit), and signing of required SBD forms; be not in the service of the state.
• Capacity to provide comprehensive delivery (close-out reports) and adhere to the PPPFA 2022 80/20 framework, including specific goals.
