Overview

Appointment of a service provider to SALGA to implement, maintain and support a change management tool for 36 months. The tool is for SALGA’s 480 staff, with provisioning, training, testing, and ongoing technical support required. Bidders should be able to register on SALGA’s supplier portal and submit proposals via that portal, using the attached bid document (Bid Document 2026-09-08-0003446-81112300.pdf).

Requirements

• Minimum three years relevant experience in change management tools or similar deployments.
• At least three relevant client references and a documented implementation team structure.
• Demonstrated qualifications and experience of key personnel; details of technical support capability.
• Provision, setup, maintenance for all SALGA employees, training for internal change custodian, proof of concept, installation/configuration support, and upgrade paths; aim to minimize operational disruption.
• Tool must support content management, multimedia, reporting/analytics, and targeted messaging capabilities.
