Overview

RFQ to appoint a service provider to submit proposals for the outstanding organisational development phase 2 (job profiling, job evaluation, pay progression model, career path development framework for SABS), for a five-month project. Suitable bidders are service providers with HR/OD expertise, experience in job profiling and evaluation (Peromnes), and ability to develop STI/pay progression and career path frameworks; must meet SABS procurement requirements and provide the listed compliance documents.

Requirements

• SARA registration certificate.
• Master’s degree in operations management/HR/OD with over 10 years of relevant experience; detailed CV and certified copies not older than 6 months.
• Demonstrated experience in OD, organizational design, change management, job analysis, job profiling, job evaluation (10+ years).
• 3–5 contactable references from recent OD/ROD engagements; reference letters on company letterhead with client details.
• Bidders must submit: National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration report, a valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, SBD 4 Bidder’s Disclosure Form, SBD 6.1 Preference Points Claim Form.
• Proposals must comply with SABS terms; valid for 120 days from closing date.
