Overview

Procurement of all purpose cleaners for the Border Management Authority’s K-9 Unit, including 25L containers of pine gel, bleach, dishwashing liquid, Handy Andy and Pinekleen (quantities as per the pricing schedule). Bidders should be SA-based suppliers with proper tax and supplier registrations, able to submit via the e-Tender portal. Submission deadline is 3 September 2026 at 11:00. Delivery is to 67 Koranna Avenue, Doringkloof, Centurion.

Requirements

• Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN or Tax Clearance; CSD number if no PIN; separate TCS for joint ventures.
• Central Supplier Database registration (or PIN) and proof as applicable.
• BBBEE: active certificate or sworn affidavit; claim points per Regulations (80/20 or 90/10) with specific goals.
• Complete required bid forms: SBD 1, SBD 3.1 (Pricing Schedule), SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 7 (Contract).
• Compliance with vetting: no employment of non-South African citizens without permit; proof as required.
• Insurance: Professional Indemnity minimum R160 million (per GCC/SCC).
• Goods must meet specifications; prices firm; offers valid 120 days.
• Delivery and performance terms as per the contract; warranties (12 months) and penalties for late delivery.
