Overview

APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO SUPPLY AND DELIVER 100 M WATER LEVEL (DIP) METER FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE. This RFQ is issued by the Department of Agriculture (National) for suppliers of water level (dip) meters and related instrumentation. Bid evaluators will apply an 80/20 scoring: 80 points for price and 20 points for specific goals. The attached specification governs the required technical response.

Requirements

• Detailed quotation in line with the attached specification (one page) and all requested information.
• Completed SBD Forms (including SBD4 disclosure and SBD6.1 for preference points).
• TCC or latest full CSD report; ID copy; BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (EMEs/QSEs); CK1 (company registration documents).
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS verification or CSD number; tax clearance as applicable.
• Quotation validity: 60 days.
• Respondents must observe the 80/20 evaluation: 80 points for price, 20 for specific goals (HDI, female, disability, youth with quantified points per the table in the tender).
• Compliance with GCC and any attached SCC/SCC-specific conditions.
• Response must be submitted via the specified DoA quotations channel.
