APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO SUPPLY AND DELIVER 210-250 LITRE, DOUBLE DOOR FRIDGE WITH FREEZER AT THE BOTTOM, WHITE IN COLOUR. Bidders should be refrigeration equipment suppliers with government-procurement experience, able to meet NRCS specs, supply a firm price, and deliver to the Durban office under NRCS terms. The fridge must be delivered to the Durban site; NRCS is the issuer (RFQ 04/26).

Requirements

• 210-250 L fridge with bottom freezer, white; energy rating minimum Class A.
• Firm price in RSA currency; all delivery costs included; delivery to Durban as per special condition.
• Compliance documentation: CSD registration; SARS Tax Compliance PIN (or proof of tax status); VAT details.
• Complete and sign required SBD forms: SBD 3.1 (Pricing), SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), SBD 6.1 (Preference Claims), plus supplier declarations.
• BBBEE: include BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; submit proof to claim specific goals (80/20 system).
• Training: indicate training period not longer than 6 weeks after PO.
• Late bids will not be considered; authorisation and contract signing (SBD7) on award.
• Performance security per GCC/SCC if applicable.

• Mandatory delivery requirement: deliver to NRCS Durban office (special condition).
• If successful, you will be required to sign SBD7 and implement GCC SCC terms.
