Overview

Appointment of a Service Provider to supply and deliver Cleaning and Hygiene Services in the Bloemfontein region for five years on an as-and-when-required basis. Sites include Bram Fischer International Airport (Bloemfontein), Kimberley Airport, and Upington International Airport. Requirements

• Attendance at the compulsory briefing session in Bloemfontein.

• Registration with National Contract Cleaners Association (NCCA) or Black Economic Empowerment Cleaning Association (BEECA).
• Site Manager(s) with two detailed CVs (each ≥5 years’ experience in cleaning/hygiene).
• Public liability insurance minimum of R2 million.
• Local footprint in Free State and Northern Cape (office/lease or MoU proof).
• Stage 3 evaluation: 80/20 price/goal split; claim specific goals with accompanying evidence (CSD report, CIPC docs, shareholder certificates, ID copies, B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit).
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN; bid documents must include SBD forms and related documentation.
