Overview

Requirements

• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate and SARS PIN or Tax Compliance Status (or proof if not on CSD).OHSA compliance costs where applicable.
• Full Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and provide CSD report.
• B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (certified copies of IDs of owners as needed for specific goals).
• Complete SBD forms: SBD1 (Invitation to Bid), SBD4 (Declaration of Interest), SBD6.1 (Preference Points Claim).
• Proof of CSD registration or tax/status verification for price quotations above R30,000 (VAT included).
• Product brochure and detailed quotation on company letterhead with full specifications and any deviations.
• Compliance with bid conditions (no delivery before purchase order; payment terms post-delivery/invoice; 60-day RFQ validity).
