Overview

The NRF invites bids to appoint a service provider to supply and deliver laboratory equipment to SAEON Ndlovu (delivery to North-West University, Potchefstroom). Bidders should be able to supply listed laboratory equipment and related consumables, with a once-off contract and delivery to the NWU address.

Requirements

• Fully completed Procurement Invitation (SBD 1) including SBD 4, 6.1 and signed Bid Submission Certificate.
• Proof of authority (e.g., company resolution).
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) or tax/compliance status (PIN/TCS).
• A valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (where applicable).
• Detailed product specifications, catalogues or datasheets for all quoted items.
• Pricing schedule (SBD 3.1) on company letterhead.
• Compliance with the scope, including the portable chlorophyll meter and listed reagents (as per page 8 and pricing schedule).
• Delivery capability to the North-West University address; contract is once-off.
• Tax compliance checks and related SARS provisions.

• Documents to submit (at a minimum): SBD 1 (with SBD 4, 6.1) and signed Bid Submission Certificate, SBD 3.1 pricing on letterhead, detailed specifications, product catalog, CSD/TIN or TCS/PIN, BBBEE documentation. • Pre-qualifications: CSD registration or SARS tax compliance (PIN/TCS).
• Briefing: none required (N/A).
