Overview

The Department of Agriculture seeks a service provider to supply and deliver magnifying glasses for the Plant Health Directorate. This RFQ (5/2/1/1/2026-2027/069) uses an 80/20 evaluation (price vs specific goals) and targets bidders able to meet government procurement requirements and attach the detailed magnifying glass specification. Requirements

• 80/20 evaluation: 80 points for price, 20 for specific goals.
• Submit: completed SBD forms; TCC/latest full CSD report; ID copy; BBBEE certificate; CK1; 60 days validity.
• Tax/compliance: provide SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN or TCS; if no TCS but on CSD, provide CSD number; no bids from state employees or close associations.
