Requirements

• Must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) with a full report.
• Fully completed and signed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD 1, 3.1, 4, 6.1).
• SARS Tax Clearance PIN and TCS/PIN where applicable.
• Quotation on company letterhead, aligned to ATNS pricing schedule.
• Pricing schedule fully completed (100%), inclusive of VAT.
• B-BBEE status verification certificate or sworn affidavit (EME/QSE eligible for points).
• Evidence of ownership/verification for 51% Black Owned status (CIPC docs, shareholder certificates, IDs).
• If a distributor/reseller: valid OEM authorisation letter.
• Central Supplier Database proof or application submission.
• Declaration of Interest completed.
• Compliance with GCC and contract conditions; ability to sign a formal contract.
• Format of bids and relevant OEM/professional body registrations if applicable.
