Overview

The appointment is to supply and deliver school uniforms for Bhokweni Primary School learners at ITC. The contract covers grey jerseys with blue stripes and grey socks (girls and boys) in specified sizes, to be delivered to ITC. Bidders should have experience in school-wear manufacturing/delivery and comply with South Africa’s PPPFA and GCC, with the ability to meet the listed technical specifications.

Requirements

• Must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Must be in good standing with SARS; provide SARS PIN for verification (or CSD number if no TCS).
• If a consortium/joint venture, each party must submit separate TCS/CSD documentation.
• VAT registration status and tax compliance where applicable (include tax clearance status/pin).
• Complete and sign the SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest) and SBD 1 (Invitation to Bid) with a resolution letter.
• Compliance with PPPFA and GCC; acceptance of the Service Level Agreement as the contract.
• SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form) for specific goals; documentation to support claims (e.g., 51% Black Ownership, 51% Women Ownership, 51% Youth Ownership, 51% People with Disabilities Ownership).
• No conflicts of interest or fraudulent conduct; bid adheres to anti-collusion rules.
