Overview

Procurement of a service provider to supply and deliver branded items and stationery to Ithala Trade Centre. The role is suited to branding/promotional goods suppliers, stationery distributors, and printing/branding service providers. Requirements

• Must be registered on the National Treasury CSD and in good standing with SARS (PIN) or provide a CSD number; if consortia, each party must submit separate TCS/PIN/CSD.
• Mandatory bidding documents: SBD 1 (Invitation to bid) with a resolution if not a sole proprietor; SBD 4 (declaration of interest); ensure all pages are complete and answered; proof of authority (e.g., company resolution).
• Tax/compliance: submit SARS PIN for verification; if no PIN but CSD is available, provide CSD number.
• Evaluation: 80/20 (price vs. preferences) or 90/10 (depending on PPPFA; referenced in forms); preference points for Historically Disadvantaged Individuals (HDI): ≥51% Black Ownership, ≥51% Women Ownership, ≥51% Youth Ownership, ≥51% People with Disability Ownership; documents must be certified copies.
• Contract: The Service Level Agreement will be the contract; terms are not negotiable; bidding may be awarded in full or part.
• Additional notes: strict anti-corruption and SCM conduct rules apply; no involvement by State-employed persons; consortia details must be provided.
