APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO SUPPLY AND DELIVERY FUEL TO SAFCOL WITKLIP PLANTATION AS AND WHEN REQUIREDClosed

Overview

SAFCOL seeks a service provider to supply and deliver Diesel 50ppm to Witklip Plantation on an as-needed basis. Bidders should be capable fuel suppliers with delivery capability and must meet RFQ conditions including completing the RFQ, submitting SANAS-accredited B-BBEE or an EME/QSE sworn affidavit, SARS tax clearance, CSD registration, and other administrative requirements as specified in the RFQ.

Requirements

• Complete the RFQ document and submit quotations on company letterhead.
• Provide SANAS-accredited B-BBEE certificate or EME/QSE sworn affidavit.
• SARS tax clearance (or equivalent confirmation) and ensure tax matters are in order.
• Registration with National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) or register within 7 working days of award.
• Provide IDs of company directors and company registration documents.
• Provide Wholesale/Manufacturing License from the Department of Energy for Diesel (Phase 2).
• Submit latest BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit and comply with SAFCOL Supplier Code of Conduct.
• Sign all SBD forms; JV participants must provide consolidated B-BBEE certificate.
• Accept conditions of payment/contract and comply with the RFQ special conditions.
• Disqualifications may apply for non-compliance tax status, false information, restricted suppliers, or misrepresentation.

• Required documents: Completed RFQ; official quotation on company letterhead; latest Tax Clearance; BBBEE certificate (SANAS) or EME/QSE sworn affidavit; CSD report (or MA AA number); ID copies of directors; Supplier Code of Conduct.
• Pre-qualifications: CSD registration; SARS tax compliance; Department of Energy Wholesale/Manufacturing License for Diesel (Phase 2).
• Evaluation: 80 points for price, 20 points for specific goals (80/20 system).
• Specific goals: At least 51% Black Owned; 30% Black Women Owned; 51% Owned by People with Disabilities; 51% Youth Owned.
• Notes: An official purchase order or promissory note is required before delivery; prices must be VAT-inclusive; the lowest price is not guaranteed to win.
