Overview

This RFQ seeks a supplier to supply and deliver 1 PowerEdge R470 Enterprise server. Eligible bidders are IT hardware suppliers with enterprise server capabilities, able to furnish the data sheet and product brochure, and to deliver to Sentech. Bidders must be tax compliant and registered on Sentech’s Supplier Database; the process awards 80/20 preference via BBBEE.

Requirements

• Supply and deliver the PowerEdge R470 Enterprise server per the Scope of Work; provide data sheet and product brochure as proof.
• Administrative responsiveness: tax compliance; registration on the Sentech Supplier Database; quotations on company letterhead; fully completed and signed submissions; submission via the specified method; maintain confidentiality.
• Prices in ZAR; no unilateral price adjustments without written approval; bidder bears currency risk if quoted in foreign currency.
• Evaluation: comply with mandatory eligibility criteria, then price and BBBEE-based preference (80/20). Provide valid BBBEE certificate to claim preference points.
