Overview

Appointment of a service provider to supply and delivery of Northern Region stationery. The Border Management Authority invites quotes to supply and deliver stationery to three delivery points (Skilpadshek, Beitbridge, and the Regional Office at 67 Koranna Avenue, Doringkloof, Centurion). Submissions are via ETender (e-submission) with closing date 22 July 2026 at 11:00 (RFQ N002L2706RFQ00078).

Requirements

• Compliance with PFMA/PP Regulations; use of official bid forms (SBD 1, SBD 3.1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1).
• Tax: provide SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN via eFiling or printed TCS); if applicable, CSD number; bids from SA state employees are restricted.
• BBBEE: provide active BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; complete SBD 6.1 for specific goals.
• Delivery addresses: three ports of entry/addresses as per pricing schedule (NW: Skilpadshek; Beitbridge; Regional Office Centurion).
• Insurance and security: Professional Indemnity insurance (min R160 million); performance security within 30 days of award.
• Delivery terms: firm fixed price (incl. VAT); 30-day payment terms after invoice and delivery note; no price variation except SCC allowances.
• Penalties and defaults: penalties for late delivery; termination rights for default.
• Employment: preference for South African citizens; vetting may apply.
