Overview

• Tax compliance: SARS PIN or CSD registration; proof of tax clearance
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration if no TCS PIN
• Detailed price breakdown and completed pricing schedule
• Proof of authority to sign (e.g., company resolution) and full bidder details
• No conflicts or affiliation with state employees; disclosure where applicable
