Overview

The tender seeks the appointment of a service provider to supply, deliver and install heavy-duty container cages for Vryburg and Leewkop sites, and to supply and install a burglar door with a heavy-duty padlock protector at Phalaborwa VOR site. ATNS invites bids from manufacturers/suppliers of metal security enclosures and related installation services, with requirements including CSD registration, SARS tax clearance, and B-BBEE accreditation (or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs).

Requirements

• Legal entity status: full CIPC registration documents.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN/status valid for 60 days after submission.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD): latest full CSD report or proof of registration/application.
• B‑BBEE: valid certificate or SANAS-verification affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs).
• Ownership proofs: shareholder certificates and IDs for all shareholders/directors (juristic); IDs for natural persons.
• Specific-goals evidence: proof for 51% Black Owned and 30% Black Woman Owned (CSD, CIPC, shareholder IDs, B‑BBEE certificate).
• Submission format: bid via online e-Submission (two parcels: Administrative/Mandatory and Price/Specific Goals) with SBD 3.1 and SBD 6.1 completed.
• Other: adherence to safety/security standards, 5-year warranty, and professional indemnity insurance; compliance with GCC and confidentiality provisions.
