Overview

Appointment of a service provider to supply, deliver, service and repair medical equipment for the City of Tshwane Emergency Services Department for a period not exceeding 12 months. The tender targets suppliers capable of medical oxygen equipment servicing (e.g., oxygen booster pumps, compressors, cylinders, regulators). Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and hold a valid tax clearance PIN, with BBBEE considerations and two reference letters for oxygen equipment work. Requirements

• CSD registration and valid CSD number; tax compliance PIN or Tax Clearance.

• Two contactable reference letters (not older than 5 years) for prior oxygen equipment supply/service.
• Complete Pricing Schedule with all items; no corrections with tippex and no incomplete items.
• Attendance at compulsory briefing (7 Oct 2026, 10:00, venue as published; non-attendance may disqualify).
• Specific goals: BBBEE evidence to claim preference points; local participation criteria apply.
