APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATIONS OF OFFICE FURNITURE AT P1000 BUILDING AT THE NECSA SITE

Overview

Procurement of a service provider to supply, deliver and install office furniture for the P1000 building at the NECSA site. Bidders with experience in office furniture supply and installation, project management, and compliance with SA public procurement rules (PFMA, GCC, PPR 2022) and Necsa site requirements should bid.

Requirements

• Tax compliance: provide SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN or a Central Supplier Database (CSD) number; submit TCS PIN or CSD where applicable.
• B-BBEE: provide a valid B-BBEE status certificate or sworn affidavit (EMEs & QSEs may use sworn affidavit) to qualify for preference points.
• Registration: ensure registration on the Central Supplier Database and compliance with SARS/PFMA requirements; provide VAT or registration details as applicable.
• Capability and scope: ability to supply, deliver and install the specified P1000 office furniture (chairs, desks, tables, etc.) per the Bill of Quantities and accompanying specifications; provide a Project Plan and Schedule of Deliverables.
• Site access and safety: comply with Necsa site access rules (National Key Point), undergo required staff pre-employment screening and security checks, and provide valid identification for staff on site.
• Contracts and consortiums: if bidding as a consortium, submit a Consortium Agreement identifying lead partner; adhere to Necsa terms including Confidentiality, SHEQ, and GCC/SLA provisions.
• Documentation: complete and submit official bid forms (SBD 3.3, SBD 6.1), Pricing Schedule, and bid disclosures; sign authority to bind the bidder.
