Overview

APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO SUPPLY, INSTALL AND MAINTAIN SDWAN WITH MANAGED FIREWALLS, UNIFIED COMMUNICATION PLATFORM (UCAAS) AND DOMAINS MANAGEMENT FOR A PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS. This open-tender by the cidb targets IT/ICT vendors with SD-WAN, UCaaS/CCaaS, DNS, firewall and domain-management capabilities, and requires CIDB/BBBEE, SARS tax compliance, and prequalification via standard bidding documents.

Requirements

• CIDB registration (appropriate level) and compliance with SBD1–SBD4; valid BBBEE status certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS verification; proof via CSD or SARS; Tax Compliance status submitted.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration proof; active CIPC registration; where applicable, Joint Venture agreements.
• Demonstrated capability: minimum three resources with NQF8+ (Project Manager, IP/VOIP Specialist, UCAAS/CCAAS Specialist) and a track record in SDWAN/UCAAS CCaaS; at least three client references.
• Full pricing data and bid price (Annexure B) with 90-day validity; format per SBD requirements.
• Site/operational readiness including a potential site-visit demonstration of the proposed solution.

• Submission method: bids deposited in the bid box at 1267 Gordon Hood Road, Centurion, Pretoria (delivery terms). Attachments may also include online-portal steps in briefing notes.
• Documents to complete/submit: SBD1, SBD2, SBD3, SBD4, SBD6.1, BBBEE proof, Certificate of Authority, Record of Addenda, proof of CSD, CIPC certificate, Joint Venture agreements if any, CVs, Annexures A–D, and the draft Master Service Agreement (MSA) with supplier comments (see Annexure lists in the tender documents; e.g., CIDB/005/2627 MSA draft.pdf).
• Prequalifications/registrations: CSD registration, SARS TCS, tax compliance, BBBEE status, and relevant CIDB accreditation.
