Overview

Procurement of a service provider to supply, install and commission an extraction dust‑collection system. The RFQ (RFQ 202061) covers engineering/design, supply of dust extraction equipment, mechanical installation, electrical/control works, testing/commissioning, documentation, and a 12‑month warranty. Target bidders include mechanical/HVAC engineers and installers with CIDB 2ME, COIDA registration, and related qualifications; prior experience with dust extraction systems is essential (references).

Requirements

• Valid COIDA
• Wireman’s license (three phase)
• CIDB grading – 2ME
• N3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering
• Mechanical/Fittings Trade Test Certificate
• Workmanship letter
• Minimum five contactable, certified reference letters for similar projects
